He did WHAT??

So Simon spontaneously and independently jumped into the bathtub to urinate today. Up until now he has been very fearful of the tub, since it is where he is frequently bathed. But our new neighbors have dogs which we can vaguely hear through the walls, and Simon seems convinced that their sporadic yipping is coming from the tub drain, so he gets in there once in awhile and tilts his head and barks and tries to stare down the pipe. It's very amusing really, except that we fear he has become too comfortable in the tub. This is a dilemma for me. If this urinating behavior re-occurs, I am undecided as to whether to praise or punish it. On one hand, peeing in the tub is a vast improvement over the occasional (albeit very rare) accident in the house. On the other hand, that is fucking disgusting and if Chris hadn't noticed it happen he very well could have stepped into a puddle of piss in his bare feet while getting into the shower. That would be the death of the little red dog.
