So now, the jackass says "He didn't mean to shoot her". He called his friend and said he was going to kill her and then he shot her, but he didn't mean too. I suppose he also didn't mean to drag her to the garage instead of to the hospital. The stupid Williamsport Sun Gazette makes him seem like the victim. They show pictures of him crying and saying how much he loved her and his kids. I don't understand how there is any question as to rather it is first or third degree murder.
